After you place your order, an e-mail confirmation including an order number,
will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on your order form. Once
your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched.
You will be notified by email, to advise if any of the items you have ordered
are out of stock. In this instance, the full amount will be refunded using your original payment method.

Baboig is currently accepting only pyments by credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.
When ordering with baboig, we want you to feel confident that your personal
information and credit card data is completely safe. The Baboig web site
provides you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. You will notice
a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter into our 'checkout'.
This shows that all information entered during your session is secure.
When you click the 'Process Payment' button, we send the credit transaction directly
to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial
use. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically
encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard.
We do not store your credit card details, they are encrypted within your transaction.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and Refunds
We aim to provide you with a great online shopping experience, and it's really important that you love your purchase from baboig. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us online as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with an authorization number, that must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.
The item must be returned to baboig within 14 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). This does not mean you cannot try it on for size! Upon inspecting the returned item, we will the gladly credit your original method of payment.
Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their orginal state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Any items returned after 14 days (unless faulty) will be subject to an exchange or credit note only. Sorry, there are no returns on sale items unless deemed faulty.
Exchanges
baboig can't always guarantee availability of products. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please follow the instructions noted above for returns.
Outward shipping will not be charged on your first size exchange, but you must return the goods to us. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
When exchanging for a "change of mind" (different colour or style), a $6 re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email.
We will re-imburse your credit card on receipt of the returned item, and then bill you for your new items when they are ready to ship. If your exchange is above the price of the orginal order, we will need to contact you for your credit card details.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at the baboig warehouse. Please remember to include with the return a copy of the orginal invoice or the original order details such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number.
Delivery
Australia
Orders deliverable within Australia are charged a flat fee of $8.00 and are currently sent using Express Post satchels. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling and shipping once payment has been received.
